Did you know that there is a separate division of our facility that assists people with “home canning”? If you want to process foods for personal consumption (not for resale), come use the cannery! On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, you can process foods into metal cans quickly and easily. It’s an amazing experience! More here about the Prince Edward County Cannery.
